It seems everyone wants to publish everything everywhere so much so that it is hard to even understand what I'm asking about. Your fun and accessible user's guide to the Samsung Galaxy S 7 Technology alone can be intimidating, and the printed documentation and online support that come with. At some point during the day I'll sync with a pc for storage and backup, but will be staying only within our closed-walled network. Buy a cheap copy of Samsung Galaxy S7 for Dummies book by Bill Hughes. One of us fills the form in on my Tab S7 FE, then saves, then starts another blank template form. Plan was to have templates for perhaps ten different forms we use in the office.
I assume "offline note app" isn't even going to register in a search, but perhaps "pdf editor" or "notetaking app" is more in line with my goals. I'm a bit concerned by android apps after multiple years of disappointment with various software and horrible hardware early on. I tend to buy things assuming *someone* will have made an appt that I'm looking for, only to browse the android app store and find nothing amongst the thousands of apps.
I don't need dropbox syncing or anything. For just reading, Adobe Reader is the best imo.

I'm looking specifically for android software which doesn't "send anything to servers somewhere" due to privacy and security concerns with our business. If you only want to use it to read PDF documents or books or legal papers it works for that too. The S7 FE seems to have a really nice screen that is larger, and also a rather good pen.
All the online stuff doesn't matter to me. I'd like a nice big screen, need a usb-c port to sync, need a good working pen, etc. Most of the items people discuss in reviews don't matter to me as much. I was seriously considering a "remarkable 2" eink tablet for offline use to fill out forms (basically writing over a pdf). I see S8 preorders are all the rage right now.
